Guess so . It Was Not Virus .

Had a .exe Missing . So i could not login to Windows . But now i can =D.

Anyway this .exe called "USERINIT" Is a .exe that allow u to login to computer . If this thing is gone . u will go
Login -> Wallpaper 2-4sec -> Log Out .
